Warranty and Return Conditions


You can return the product you have received without opening / destroying / ruining the packaging, giving up the purchase within fifteen (15) days from the date of delivery without using the product and return it as you received it.

You can return the product with a request letter or e-mail notification containing the product invoice, order number and reason for return.

Open and check the packages that you think are damaged during shipment in front of the company representative from whom you received them. If there is any damage to the product, do not take delivery of the product by keeping a report to the cargo company.

Original packaging is damaged, opened, used, destroyed, etc. Returns of the products in the figure are not accepted.

Products sent in this way will not be accepted and refunded by www.freesureshop.com. In cases where the customer withdraws from the sale within the period, he is obliged to return the product as it was delivered to him and to compensate for the loss of the commercial value of the product due to use.

In the event that the customer returns the product or withdraws from the exchange, the returned product / products will be returned to us within five (5) business days after we receive the returned product (s) for compliance with the return conditions. If the product does not comply with the return conditions, it will be sent back to your address.

The product return fee to the credit card is made by your bank, there is no freesureshop.com savings during this period. With the installment payment option, the entire amount of the product you purchased will be refunded to your credit card. Repayment of your refund by your bank will be reflected on your card in installments.

If our customers give up purchasing the product they have purchased, they have the right to contact us and cancel their order before it is delivered to the cargo.

If the orders created with the Free Shipping campaign are canceled / refunded and the remaining amount does not meet the campaign requirement, the shipping fee is deducted from the product price to be returned.

No refunds are accepted for custom made orders, except for company error.

The return shipping fee belongs to the customer.
